After turning on ReportCaster in our Dev/TST environments, we can right click and select schedule to schedule a job. But in our identical PRD environment. the schedule is not available anywhere.

Any way to make schedule item shown up as a selection item?

In Prod, could you go to WebFOCUS Administration Console/Utilities, License Management, WebFOCUS Client and make sure ReportCaster has a check mark next to it?

Also, you should check to make sure the WebFOCUS ReportCaster Service is up and running.
