I have couple of administrators for webfocus server. These administrators can see their jobs in the library but they dont see other administrators jobs outputs in the report library. Is there a way that admin 1 can see admin 2s jobs and vice versa?

Yes. The schedule sets the access options as Owner/Public/Access list.
Allowing an administrator to see others output without being given permission by the owner would be a huge security breach.

Thanks for writing back. I am sorry if I didnt make it clear.
I mean if there are couple of administrators in the orginization can they look at the library reports of other administrators jobs.

For Example:
Admin 1 schedule a job to distribute via access list. When admin 1 logs in admin 1 sees distributed version of report to all burst value.
But when admin 2 logs in admin2 doesn't see the job. Would it be possible to show admin two bursted veriond of these jobs?

USER ADMIN1 Logs in
User Sees in the library report
Burst value 1
Burst Vlue 2
Burst Value N

USer Admin2 logs in
User Sees in library reports:
NO Report

Desired Result:
USER ADMIN1 Logs in
User Sees in the library report
Burst value 1
Burst Vlue 2
Burst Value N

USER ADMIN2 Logs in
User Sees in the library report
Burst value 1
Burst Vlue 2
Burst Value N

By default only admin1 will be able to view output in the Library that is produced by a schedule created (or owned) by admin1.

In order for admin2 to be able to view this ouput the access type must be changed to be either Public or Access List. If Public is chosen, all users with Library rights will be able to view the output (In the case of a scheduled Standard Report a user would need rights to the Domain of the Standard Report also). If Access List is chosen then admin2 would have to be a memeber of the access list to view the report.
