We have PDF reports in the Caster Library that when zoomed within the frame we are unable to scroll far enough to display the entire report. Is there a default we can set that will allow the reports to open in their own window?

Have you tried just turning off the DISPLAY PDF IN BROWSER option in your acrobat reader? Edit>Preferences>Internet>Display PDF in browser.

That forces the PDF doc to open in a native Acrobat reader window instead of a scrollable browser window. Not exactly what you're looking for but may be a resolution.

Not that I am aware of. However, you can always right mouse click on the link and select open in new window.

Another option is - if you are using the correct release - you can alter the jsp that pulls the report and physically change it to open in a new window. Talk to your local IBI office if that is of interest.

I have logged this as a case with IBI. We need to have something that opens a new window everytime and not user or report specific.

Thank you for your suggestions.
