Has anyone come up with a way to extract records from Report Library so the reports are not BLOBs? We sold a subsidiary and need to provide them with their reports from the Library. They will not have WF or RC or RL.

When you say 'extract records' are you meaning that you want the content of the reports individually extracted as records? or properties of the specific report?
The design of the Report Library is such that individual content on a stored report is not available. Each report is stored as a single object in a BLOB field (thus the need for a relational DBMS.) That's why FOCUS can't be the repository if Report Library is used. I suppose they could use the DB's native reporting tool (or some other) to extract records into a separate table (or for display as long as it has the ability to properly display the BLOB field.)
