I've been reading the WebFOCUS graphics manual and it refers to seriesID and groupID. I can't find an explanation of these terms and how do they relate to Focus.

Can someone please provide a clear explanation of these terms.

Thank you.

seriesID => Verb object
groupID => By field

So, with:
GRAPH FILE CAR
SUM SALES DEALER_COST BY MODEL
END

SALES = series(0)
DEALER_COST = series(1)
MODEL = group(0)
