When testing a chart on a mobile device i am unable to use the drilldown. For example, i have a bar chart that has a drilldown on the bar, i am able to highlight the bar with a click but it does not activate the drilldown. If i use the long click it also does not give me any option. Note this is an android device.

Are you able to drill down from IE or other desktop applications?

Hello,

Can you try clicking on the drilldown link multiple times? There is a known issue with mobile devices in programming at present, where a drilldown can take multiple taps before responding.

If that does not work, please let me know so I can discuss this problem with our programming department.

i attempted to click the drilldown multiple times but it did not follow the link. I should also note this is only effecting data points on charts. the drilldowns i have in reports are working fine on mobile devices.
