Hi All,

I have created HTML composer dashboard and one of the prompt control is Text Box. My requirement here is, I need to paste the data in the text box with each value in a new line. And, it is MultiSelect OR. How can I achieve it?.

I have achieved it using the comma separator.

Thanks in advance for all your inputs.

Praveen,

a text-box is defined by HTML as a single line. You can not paste multiple values seperated with line-feeds.

what you can do is use a text-area.

In the HTML composer set multiple to 'yes'.
This will add OR between all values.

Values may be separated by a comma, a semi-colon or a line-feed.

Good luck,
Dave

Dave,

Thank you for your input.

When I tried to select Multiple as 'Yes', it is throwing me the following error.

'The Parameter this control has been bound to doesn't support multiselect.'

Can you kindly help me on this?

Thank You.

The whole message reads:

"The parameter this control has been bound to doesn't support multiselect. DO you want to continue?"

Hit yes.

You've now got Multiselect.
