Can someone help me figure this out? I am trying to get rid of the underline for my report. I like to have no title, just data with no top-left margins. And tried borrow idea from Why extra blank line still having trouble.

Another question is why my row1 col1 doesn't have value?

SET TITLE = OFF
DEFINE FILE EMPLOYEE
EMP_CNT/I2=IF EMP_ID EQ LAST EMP_ID THEN 0 ELSE EMP_CNT + 1;
ROW_CNT/I2 = EMP_CNT/4;
COL_CNT/I2=IMOD(EMP_CNT,4,'I2');

END
TABLE FILE EMPLOYEE
SUM
     LAST_NAME AS '' OVER
     ADDRESS_LN1 AS '' OVER
     ADDRESS_LN2 AS ''
BY ROW_CNT NOPRINT
ACROSS COL_CNT NOPRINT
ON ROW_CNT SKIP-LINE

ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM OFF
ON TABLE NOTOTAL
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
     UNITS=IN,
     PAGESIZE='Letter',
     LEFTMARGIN=0.000000,
     RIGHTMARGIN=0.000000,
     TOPMARGIN=0.000000,
     BOTTOMMARGIN=0.000000,
     SQUEEZE=ON,
     ORIENTATION=PORTRAIT,
$
TYPE=REPORT,
     GRID=OFF,
     FONT='ARIAL',
     SIZE=4,
$
TYPE=DATA,
     ACROSSCOLUMN=N1,
     STYLE=BOLD,
$
ENDSTYLE
END

Thanks,

Hua

this will hide the line by changing the color to white in your example.

Thanks Spence.

I like to have the data show up within a frame, so it would be nice to get rid of the extra space on the top margin.

Do you havei in the AS phrase quote,space,quote or just quote,quote? If you have a spcae, you get an underline. In any case, you can use
TYPE=TITLE, STYLE=-UNDERLINE,$ to remove underlining in column titles.

Darin
