I have coded a report in EXL2K format, and
like my others, I want a corporate logo to display
just above the the heading.

In an HTML report I created a field in a DEFINE to
hold the image in a variable, and then I refernced in
the HEADING TAG. In a PDF report I reference the image
in the style sheet; I must declare the POSITION AND SIZE
attributes in this reference.

I have used the report painter to code and place the same
logo in an EXL2K but when I display the report in EXCEL the
logo does not show.

I have posted the code below:

DEFINE FILE MMDB1
TDATE/YYMD = &YYMD;
IDATE/I8YYMD = EDIT(RECDTE);
DYMD/YMD = IDATE;
DYYMD/YYMD = DYMD;
AGEDIF/YYMD = DATEADD(TDATE, 'D', -30);
DIFF/I8 = DATEDIF(DYMD, TDATE, 'D');
END

TABLE FILE MMDB1
PRINT
     MMDB1.WO.DYMD AS 'RCVD,DATE'
     COMPUTE ADDRESS/A38 = NUMBER || ( ' ' | STREET );
     COMPUTE WDCX/A34 = WDC || ( ' ' | WORKDESC );
BY  HIGHEST MMDB1.WO.DIFF AS '#DAYS,OPEN'
BY  MMDB1.WO.WO
HEADING
" "
"Open Customer Work Orders"
"Orders from Oct 27 2012 to Nov 26 2012"
" "
IF RECORDLIMIT EQ 10
WHERE STATUS EQ 'O';
WHERE DYYMD GE AGEDIF;
ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM NOLEAD
ON TABLE NOTOTAL
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K
ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
$
TYPE=HEADING,
     FONT='ARIAL',
     COLOR='RED',
     STYLE=BOLD,
     JUSTIFY=CENTER,
$
TYPE=HEADING,
     LINE=2,
     OBJECT=TEXT,
     COLOR='PURPLE',
$
TYPE=HEADING,
     LINE=2,
     OBJECT=TEXT,
     ITEM=1,
     COLOR='RED',
$
TYPE=HEADING,
     LINE=3,
     OBJECT=TEXT,
     ITEM=1,
     COLOR='PURPLE',
$

ENDSTYLE
END

Suggestions anyone? Frowner

Thanks!

I've done it using a DEFINE:

DEFINE FILE [Your File]
IMGTAG1/A200=
'';
END

Then in the Report:

TABLE FILE [Your File]
HEADING
"<IMGTAG1"
"Other Report Heading Elements"
...
...
END
