Dear FP,

I have 2 problem with blackout dates.
1.
My developpment and my production environement are used to be identicals. In production I have all domains names duplicated: the internal name and the folder name. What does not exist in DEV. Please tell me if i should open a case at tech-support.

2.
I've read the blackout date help included in RC but what I get is not what I've entered! I explain. I selected my own user, then below the blackout dates I selected a domain. Then I flip the calendar from January to October 2012. Clicking on the 1st, just beside it shows January 19th (group-yellow)!!!!
Why????
Then I saved and I got the error:
0.BlackoutDate.date, error code :BDM0003!!!

Can you provide me any help on this issue?

Thks.

Hi Marikaki,

From our technicals: This sounds like a known problem in 7.7.03 being worked on by programming. Please open a case with Customer Support Services to verify and this way you will get notified when it is fixed. The phone number is 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

Cheers,

Kerry
