I have one specific user who is getting the Invalid Credetials error when trying to schedule a job in ReportCaster. The other 99% of the RC users are ok and granted this end-user usually in the one with unique issues. The end-user can login into MR successfully and was able to schedule a job using a WebFOCUS Server Procedure which is on the Reporing Server app side. However cannot create a schedule on the Client side or MR side which is where the majority of his reports reside. We are on WF 713 Win2K, Using Servlet - Tomcat. Please advise with any suggestions.

Have you verified that the user was granted scheduling priveledges in the MR ADMIN utility?

Yes, the end-user already has both Schdeule and Library RC rights. Thanks for asking.
