Responsive framework is great. But there is this feature I am trying to implement and I am not having luck. When the screen is at higher resolution, the widgets on the screen should not be responsive. However, when the resolution is smaller then, widgets adjust to the screen size. For example, x, y is the screen size based on which I have designed my portal. The portal should be responsive only when the resolution is lower than x, y. Not when it is higher. Is it possible? Thank you in advance.
