A couple of things first -

1) Please update the signature field in your profile with the platform and release you use as it will save you having to remember to enter it each time.

2) Push your manager for some basic training as this sort of question would be covered and you should be more capable with training than without Smiler

Read and understand this code -
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM RCOST
    DCOST
 BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
 BY CAR PAGE-BREAK NOPRINT
 BY MODEL
HEADING
"Sample Report"
FOOTING
"Above Details relate to <COUNTRY and <CAR </1"
ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
ON TABLE SET PAGE NOLEAD
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
  GRID=OFF, FONT=ARIAL, SIZE=8, $
ENDSTYLE
