Hi all,

I'm having issues with a calculated field that needs data at different levels.

I'm trying to calculate the Percent utilized by each employee and their utility category.

Entered Hours / (Number of weeks selected by the user in the filter * how many hours their expected to work) * 100 is the calculation.

The users want a report where the lowest level is UTIL_CATEGORY. ex) Employee's have different time-sheet entries, SALES, AT RISK, LEAVE, SUPPORT etc.

So my issue is the number of weeks. When the report is at the Employee level, the number of weeks is correct, but when I add the UTIL_CATEGORY, the number of weeks is incorrect, due to the employees not having entries at that level. I need the number of weeks to be at the employee level in the calculation.

Does this make sense? Am I going about this the correct way?

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thank you,
Zack

Hi Martin,

Thank you for your response.

I'm having issues finding documentation online for the WITH feature and I've never used it before. Could you help me find documentation or examples of how to use it?

Thank you,
Zack
