As I am new to BI Portal I am not able to inert report (ie.fex file) into the portal.If any one help me out this step by step it would be very helpful for me to do.(Urgent)

Your signature says 7.6 - but I assume you're using 8.0?
Your best bet is to read the "WebFOCUS Business Intelligence Portal" manual as a start (wf80biportal.pdf). You can easily get to it via the techsupport site.

But it should be as simple as dragging it from the resource tree onto a portal page - provided that you have the required authorisation.
