I received a new laptop with a new user id login. I'm unable to access the console via my new laptop. I'm using http://servername:8121
the page comes up but none of the link are working. It works with my old user id. Does something have to be set up on the server giving my new user id permissions.

Depends on how the security has been configured.

Has the new Id been granted the same rights as the old on the WF server?

I was told by WebFocus support that nothing had to be set up on the WebFocus server to accommidate the new id. You're saying my new id needs to be set up on the WebFocus server with proper rights ?
