I have a radio button added to the active Dashboard but the Year displayed is default to ascending. I would like display the Year in DESCENDING order. Anyone knows how?
instruction to either setting the default value or sorting would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

at the time source preparation for radio control, you should sort the date descending order.

LPD,

What version of WebFOCUS 8 are you using?

I do recall this being an issue with earlier releases of WebFOCUS and there may be a way to do this depending on your version.

Currently, IBI is support versions of WebFOCUS from WebFOCUS 7.6 to WebFOCUS 8.0.01 to WebFOCUS 8.0.10 to WebFOCUS 8.1.xx to WebFOCUS 8.2.x - so you can see how the version of the product is important in helping to provide a resolution to your question.

Thank You for replying. I am on 8.0.07. And since I did everything on the Active Dashboard (no source), I can't seem to figure out how to set the sort in GUI.

Thank you for the update that you are using WF8007.

You can update your profile by clicking on your name in this post and vie/edit complete profile.

Using the Gui for Active Dashboards you may not be able to share all the code.

Here is a link to the documentation:

Creating Active Technologies Dashboards With HTML Composer

You can send a screenshot of what you have and describe what it is that you would like to do.

In FAQs scroll through to find images.

If the radio buttons are manually added then of course you can re-do the order. It might be possible to use a focexec which is in sorted order to produce the radio buttons.
