Hi all,

Kerry, are there any problems getting the Client install to run? The server install went fine, but the Client seems to hang.

I consulted with the internal person and here is the response: The client install should also work on win2003. I wonder at which step it is hanging. Maybe it is having problems stopping or starting a server, like IIS or Tomcat. Would you like to open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services to further troubleshoot the problem? agree with mbedford; server install was a breeze; client still wont installed. particularly when it gets to caster. same as 71
