Hi Hakan,

So far, there are no known upgrade issues for upgrading from 7.1 to 7.6.

Hope this helps. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry

Kerry, are there any problems getting the Client install to run? The server install went fine, but the Client seems to hang.

Thanks for any information,
Morgan

Hi Morgan,

I consulted with the internal person and here is the response: The client install should also work on win2003. I wonder at which step it is hanging. Maybe it is having problems stopping or starting a server, like IIS or Tomcat.

Would you like to open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services to further troubleshoot the problem? To do so, you may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access
InfoResponse. Here is a list of information to be ready when you call: http://techsupport.ibi.com/before_you_call.jsp.

Hope this helps. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry
