[SHARING] Do not create homeapps under ibi/apps
We found that in v8.2.07.11 (Reporting Server) with the combination of ibi/apps/homeapps and using an external security provider caused agent crashes and/or many agent crash/error messages.

Somehow homeapps has been created under ibi/apps.
Once deleted all worked perfectly.
