Is there a internal setting which controls the speed at which a report is distributed?

I ask as all our WebFocus Excel reports download between 60-80kbs, around 1mb per 15 seconds which is painfully slow.

My server is in another country but I have been told they have a 40mb dedicated pipe. Networks have started investigating but I thought I would ask the question here incase it is the application that it limiting the output speed, although I am doubtful.

Sorry I should add that we have a 20mb connection and the same slow download speeds are being experienced at three different sites / countries.

From what I understand, the limitation will not be WebFOCUS, but the infrastructure and current usage.
