Hi,All
i got the some probelm in reporting server.
the probelm is if the number of users are increased like 40 it's showing the error is" there are no agents availble on reporting Server".how can i overcome this problem,
please give me s solution for this problem.

Increase the "max number of agents" parameter of the reporting server.

Not enough agents might be attributable to too many people trying to run jobs through the EDASERVER, whether through MRE or a BI Dashboard.

We were getting cases of so many people hitting our dashboard that we were always running out of agents. On great solution has been to send the most frequently-run reports to recipients through Report Caster. Wink

Hi Thanks for your valueble replies.
Kadish- here iam working with DeveloperStudio and Reporting Server. i added 6 reports to HTML Page and Integrated with .Net. here my requirement is 10 concurrent users able to run the reports at a time.in this case i got the error no agents on Repoting Server.

i want the Solution for this scenario.

You need to active queueing. The message you are receiving will not be sent to the user but rather the WebFOCUS Client (?) will wait for an agent to become available if queueing is active. You also need to make sure the time to wait and the number of requests to queue are high enough to handle the demand on the WF Server.

i increased the max no of agents in WorkSpace
--->Configurations--->Maximum=250.
i increased the agents.

i want to know how many no of agents i need to increase.

my Application having 14 Pages and each page having 6 reports.in these 14 pages 3 users per page are going to access concurently.

the agents depands up on the physical memory.

and i want to know about how much RAM need for Production environment.
