What access rights do you need on the PC when you install WebFocus and what access rights do you need when running focexecs on your PC.

Can you please update your signature and let us know what release of WebFOCUS, what product(s), the platform, Application/Web Server, and the expected output format(s) you are using?

without going into a lot of detail, the best bet is to have administrative rights on the PC. If you don't, try having someone with admin rights log in for the installation. You should be able to run it OK without admin rights. (The fact that it's installing JRE, possibly web app server and/or modifying web server setting will probably cause an error like "Insufficient privilege for this operation")
