I'm in the process of upgrading from 768 to 772 and I've been testing/debugging. I have Google maps that work just fine in 768 but not in 772. I've gotten a new API key from Google and I've placed it in the client configuration section in the WF Admin Console. However, I continue to get this message: "This web site needs a different Google Maps API key."

I'm not sure if I'm missing a step or not. Any bit of input is much appreciated.

Denise

Does the old one still work ?

If this is a WebFOCUS error, then put in a case with Techsupport.

Pity the lost knowledge of an old programmer!

This message is typically generated if you request the key for platform A and use it on platform B. This might even be trhe same PC, but if the http address is different, you'll get this message. For instance http://mypc.wf772 requires a different api key from http://mypc.wf768 - any change at all in the http address will require a different api key.

GamP,

The http address is different and I am requesting a new API Key. Despite the new key, I continue to get the same message.

Thanks,
Denise

I am still not able to get the Google Maps to work. Any other suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
