Hi All - The Summit CD will go out within the next few weeks. The presentations should be up on the web before that though. I know that the our web team has been working on it.

The new Focal Point tips will be posted with the next two weeks to this page on Focal Point http://www.informationbuilders.com/support/developers/index.html.

Hi Kathleen

How about starting the fun for 2008 with a sticky for 2007/8 tips?

My suggestion would be:

1. One large sticky topic to hold all tips and discussion.

2. Tips would be named with a userid + serial number of tip. Thus hammo1j_4 would be my 4th tip submitted. This allows easy referal in a discussion that involves many tips. There would have to be moderation to enforce this rule if someone forgot to name their tip.

3. Close to summit a new topic could be established with each of the users asked to submit their best with fully fledged description and examples. It would just be for pure tips only with no discussion.

4. After a certain date the topic would be closed and the topics passed to the panel for a decision with the prizes being awarded at the summit.

This is only a suggestion, but the forum as well as being essential to providing answers to technical questions does brighten up our days!
