I've been working with the Report Caster API to create a distribution list. I've only been able to get it to work if the fex the email addresses are loaded from is stored in the baseapp EDASERVE folder. Example Code below:
 -SET &SUBERR = DSTBULK (
 - 'username',8,
 - 'password',8,
 - 'server:8080/ibi_apps:ibi_apps',29,
 - 'buyer list',10,
 - 'C',1,
 - 'PU',2,
 - 'MAIL',4,
 - 'username',8,
 - 'buyrfile',8,
 - '',0,
 - 'username/password',17,
 -  'I4');

Can the buyrfile above be stored someone other than baseapp? If so, what do I need to change?

The file is in the same directory as this. Shouldn't it load from there first?

I've not worked with the API before, I'be be interested in betting my hands on some code. I know that there are different syntaxes when including Fexes (depending on where they are). Maybe this is similar?

Same MR Dir: -INCLUDE fexname.fex
Different MR Dir: -INCLUDE domain\app\fexname.fex
On Data Server: -MRNOEDIT -INCLUDE fexname

I'm not in an MRE domain. I'm in a server app on EDASERVE.
