We recently upgraded from WF 7.6 to 7.7.05 we have a monthly email burst procedure that distributes approx 300 emails to our vendors with Excel reports attached. Old version sent ran this procedure without issue, since the upgrade first time the FEX/burst procedure ran on new machine and new version we have had over 150 reports from vendors stating their files are corrupt and cannot open. Trying to troubleshoot if this is an upgrade/Reportcaster issue...or if our Network/Exchange team should be the ones to resolve. Thanks!!

Change EXCELSERVURL in admin console. Make it blank and give a try.

Hope this works.

If the correct place is the v7.7.05 Admin Console, then it might be the IBIF_excelservurl setting in Admin Console > Configuration > Client Settings > General.

In v7.7.05 we set it to " &URL_PROTOCOL://&SERVER_NAME&IBIF_webapp", the initial value.

In v8.0.08 we set it to blank.
