I am doing a Print * from a master file which has DEFINE and COMPUTED fields created in the Data Management Console to select all the fields in a HOLD file within the editor. It is not generating the DEFINE and COMPUTED fields in the hold file for some reason.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Unless something has changed in later releases, this is the expected behaviour.

And to be honest, using PRINT * is also potentially dangerous, depending on what you are doing.
