I am having this same issue:

Outlook 2010 format

Since the above thread is almost a year old and closed without a solution, I was juat wondering if there was a fix or work around for this yet?

Hi Greg,

After reviewing the topic that you referenced, I searched through our internal systems to see if I could find anything related, but I didn't. I did find the following article online:

Word 2007 HTML and CSS Rendering Capabilities in Outlook 2007 (Part 1 of 2)

This is specific to Outlook 2007, but I would imagine that it applies to Outlook 2010 as well.

Does your inline message contain any of the HTML elements described in the article?
