Should we upgrade from 711 to 713 or 714

We have 711 installed but not tested yet. I've been hearing from different people to skip 711 and upgrade to 713 or 714. Version 711 has many bugs in it.

Does anyone agree with this?

Is there anything specific that supports going to 713 or 714?

Yes, we have found 711 to have many bugs that have been fixed in 713 and 714. The problem with that is that I think the fixes are only those that are reported (not positive on that) and I think some patches. You might want to determine what was fixed and if it has any use to you. All the bugs in 711 may not affect your use of it as well. 714 may be the way to go though.

in a word, yes, go straight to 714. lots of reasons, but thing is, there's no reason not to.
the upgrade to a service pack from 71n to 71n+ is much much simpler than the upgrade from 5n to 7n, so go for it, you'll be oh so much happier, imho. i agree with slfmr.

We are upgrading from 528 to 714. I would defintely go for 714 if I was you.
