I have opened a case on this but wanted to check here as well. When right clicking on a master in the WFRS reporting server console in our 8.1.05M prod environment, nothing happens. When doing the same in our Dev environment, the menu appears.
Has anyone else seen this behavior. We have 2 users with administrator access and this happens with one but not the other.

I've never seen this but wondering if a different browser would make a difference.

I've tried IE, Chrome and Mozilla and it won't work for me in either one. I've been looking for a setting on the WFRS or in the Security Center of the Client but haven't found one yet. It's funny because the other admin doesn't have this problem and it doesn't occur in dev.

Under Workspace take a look at Configuration files and open admin.cfg. Do you have admin_privilege = ?

Look up Understanding Access Control Permissions here. It could be something changed the privilege_name.

I think all of this stuff is under Access Control tab of the Reporting Server.

That was my thinking as well, what privileges do these users have, is one different to the other, that may explain it.
