This easily gets me the 10 highest sales amounts. Is there something that gets me something like the 9 highest amounts with everything else lopped into the 10th..sort of an 'Other' category...suggestions?

Hi RobertF,

you can create a HOLD after sort highest 10 sales. Then you can DEFINE this HOLD preparing your data to report later.

DEFINE FILE HOLD
NEW_MODEL/A24 = IF RANK GT 9 THEN 'All Others' ELSE MODEL;

SUM SALES
BY NEW_MODEL
END

Try adding this
BY HIGHEST 9 SALES PLUS OTHERS AS 'Others'
