I created a new user and associated it with a new group. I also created a new domain that is only accessible to the new group. Everything looks good, except if they right click on reports there is no InfoAssist option. Do you have any documentation on how to enable InfoAssist? My other users have access to InfoAssist just not the new ones assigned to this new group.

How do I enable InfoAssist to the new domain?

InfoAssist requires a license code in order for it to be available. You should contact your sales rep for the details.

I already have the license code. InfoAssist already works on the default domain and with the admin user. What I need to know is how to enable it for the other domains.

Melody,

I suggest you open a case with support for this since it is not the case that at least I am aware of, that a tool needs to be enabled per domain.

do they have any tools? Are they the right user type to get tools? Are they right clicking on a Stndard Reports older in which case they need to be a developer, or on a MY Report folder?
