In the past, when our installers put the product into our environment, we would place files into a directory filled with html and if you went to http://ort>/ibi_html, it called that set of directories and brought up the html.

Now, however, it is always automatically adding in 'ibi_apps/' before 'ibi/html' and it is not finding our html pages. Does someone have a link that discusses repairing this to find our pages without the ibi_apps being there...I can't possibly go change all of the links out in our environment to add in the ibi_apps and even if I could, it is not finding that directory that way anyhow.

The Simplest solution is to add a new alias to the web server for ibi_html.
