Showing My Reports/Custom Reports in Domain Tree

StefanShowing My Reports/Custom Reports in Domain Tree
Me once again:
1.) Can anybody explain the difference between "My Reports" and "Custom Reports"?
As far as I understood up to now,
-"My Reports" are user-specific variations of Reporting Objects,
-"Custom Reports" are reports (fexes) a user made in Developer Studio.
2.) I want a user to see only his "Custom Reports" in the domain tree in BID.
User role is "Analytical User" in MRE.
Therefore I set up a group view containing 2 blocks, one type "list", the second type "output".
When I got the documentation right, the following should happen:
User logs on to BID, and when he selects the group view (and corresponding tab) I described, he
should see his "Custom Reports". But nothing happens.

Francis MarianiThe "List" block will contain a list of programs you manually select from the domains the user has access to. It seems like the Custom Reports folder can only be shown in the Domain Tree, you can't show it on its' own. You should open a case with Tech Support, they perhaps have some workaround.

Francis MarianiI'm sure you've already seen this documentation, which will not help you with your dilemma:

StefanHi Francis,
thanks for the links, but actually they didn't help me.
I'm showing the domain tree, but I (with Administrator Priviliges) and my users even don't see the Custom Reports folder.
Think I'm going to take your proposal and open a case.

StefanOK, seems I misunderstood the docs.
I changed the blocktype to "tree", and now users can see the domain tree with all domains according to their MRE-Groups, including "My Reports" etc.
Is it possible to hide certain domains from the domain tree? I Just want to display a single domain.

stueyYou could always set up a Group View if certain users should only see certain Domains - that way you can restrict the Domains shown accordingly.

StefanStuey,
for technical reasons my users have to have access to 2 domains.
And one of these domains I want to hide.
