I'm building most of my reports from SAP BW Queries.

There I encounter the following problem:

When I execute a query using SAP BEx, the units of a measure (eg.g USD ($), EUR, tons, etc.) are shown in the report.

When I rebuild the report in Developer Studio using exactly the same query, the units are missing.

Any ideas are welcome.

As far as I know there is still no support for the UOM concept as delivered by BW.

A solution for this issue has been requested several times by customers but technically it is a very
complex thing to resolve.

There is a WebFOCUS code work around that was given to at least one other IB Germany customer that you might
want to ask about. Not perfect but at least something.

I believe that a possible solution has been muted for 7.7 or later, again check with your IB guys in Germany.

I openend a case for this. At the moment there is no solution.
