As of December 1, 2020, Focal Point is retired and repurposed as a reference repository. We value the wealth of knowledge that's been shared here over the years. You'll continue to have access to this treasure trove of knowledge, for search purposes only.
New TIBCO Community Coming Soon
In early summer, TIBCO plans to launch a new community—with a new user experience, enhanced search, and expanded capabilities for member engagement with answers and discussions! In advance of that, the current myibi community will be retired on April 30. We will continue to provide updates here on both the retirement of myibi and the new community launch.
What You Need to Know about Our New Community
We value the wealth of knowledge and engagement shared by community members and hope the new community will continue cultivating networking, knowledge sharing, and discussion.
During the transition period, from April 20th until the new community is launched this summer, myibi users should access the TIBCO WebFOCUS page to engage.
Are you an administrator? If so you should have full privileges. Maybe try going to the Web Client and uploading it there. I know if you right click a folder you should have an option to upload files. If you are not an administrator and you still don't have the ability to do so, you will need to look at the permissions in the Security Center. Look at the settings for the role you have in that Folder.

Thanks for your help with this. I am an admin and have full system access privileges. I went to go retry copying in .js files and if they are my own custom .js, then they do copy in just fine. It is when I try to add in a copy of a newer version of jQuery or some other well known library/framework that AppStudio says no go.
The following are the files that I tried to copy/paste into a Content directory:
jquery-2.1.4.js
and/or
jquery-2.1.4.min.js
Why won't it let me add certain libraries into my Content folders? Weird....
8.2.02M (production), 8.2.02M (test), Windows 10, all outputs.

I would rename your library. From jquery-2.1.4.js to jquery-2_1_4.js. Remember that in windows "." denotes a file extension. It might be more of a windows problem then a WF problem. I never can understand why anyone names their files with "."'s considering that it has never been an accepted practice.
