I need to copy my production files to our backup server every hour using ReportCaster. I am attempting to use a .fex with COPY statements from out W: drive (production) to the E: drive (back-up). I either get "The system cannot find the file specified" or it cannot find the path when I have tried combinations of APP MAP, APP APPENDPATH, etc. Is it possible to do what I need?

Thanks, Kent

Why dont you use dos.

Create this in your fex:

-DOS CMD /C D:\test.BAT

then in your test.bat

D:\ibi\srv76\wfs\bin\edastart -x "EX CAR_template "

then you could either schedule the job in reportcaster and/or use windows scheduler service

WF 7.6.10 /IIS 6/ JBoss Enterprise 4.3
Windows XP SP 2/Windows 2003 Server
MVS 7.3.3
