There are several installation manuals that may be beneficial, WebFOCUS and ReportCaster Installation and Configuration for IBM i, V7R7.02, DN4501022.0411 and Server Installation WebFOCUS Reporting Server DataMigrator Server, V7R7, DN4501055.510.
By the way the successor to the AS/400 is now called IBM i and it runs on Power Systems.
Hope this helps,

Hi kodi,

If you still experience difficulties on this issue, you may want to open a case with Customer Support Services so that we can take a deeper look into the issue. To open a case, you may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

Cheers,

Kerry

Kodi,

I just read about a new Query 400 Discovery Tool developed by the Rochester support group. It could help you analyze how your AS400 Query Reports are being used. If you are interested I can forward more information to you.

Hope this helps,
Bill Poulin
