On our current production 7.1.1 we url encode links that are made in the domain builder so that spaces are %20 but 7.6.5 does not like this and will not make the link available on the dashboard. If I replace the %20 with a space then the link becomes available but returns an error because the file can not be found.

For instance we used /documents/folder%20name/sub%20folder%20name/some%20item.doc

but this does not show up on the dashboard.

/documents/folder name/sub folder name/some item.doc

shows up but does not work.

Hi,

Please open a case with Technical Support so that we can figure out if this is an upward compatability issue.
Regards,
Monica

I have the same issue in 77 and already opened a case with IBI also.

This discussion shows as "SOLVED". I would like to know the way you solved.

Hi Kamesh,

Sorry for the tagging, it should be [CLOSED], rather than [SOLVED]. By any chance, did you open a case on this issue? Any help?

Cheers,

Kerry
