Tony:

Somewhat related to this problem.

I am using resurce layout painter.

If I add MULTIPLE to the listbox select manually and open it in painter painter then erases multiple. Has anyone experienced this?

Is there a way to set multiple in painter.

Or was this disabled beacause of the bugs?,

Hi Bob,

Sorry but, as I do not use RLP, I can't answer your question. However I'm sure Doc Services will be along in a minute with an answer - or failing that someone who does use RLP on 7.1.3. Smiler

Hi Bob,

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but the Resource Layout Painter is documented in Chapter 5 Designing a User Interface for a Web Application With the HTML Layout Painter in Developing Reporting Applications With Graphical Tools 7.1.3.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Jenn

Hi Bob,

In a moment of weakness I created a new HTML file in RLP Music and found the multiple option there in the properties for the combobox.

Applied it and got a message saying that the parameter that this control had been bound to doesn't support multiselect! Went ahead anyway and the control was multi.

Removed it and applied manually in both upper and lower case and the setting was honoured when opened in RLP.

Seems OK to me on local install of DS 7.1.3.

Hi Bob,

Has this issue been resolved?

Not sure if this is what you looking for, but being unable to change any settings, have you checked your security setting/access limits?

Cheers, Smiler
