Does webFOCUS out of the box have a setting in an oracle/netezza adapter to decrypt data?

Per product management, data encryption between the database client and the database server is not a function of WebFOCUS (Reporting Server). This would be handled by the database client and server and is transparent to WebFOCUS (Reporting Server).
