Hi all,
I have dashboard where there will be two blocks on left hand side domain tree and on right hand side output block. I can able to see all the reports(fex and html) in standard report folder for a domain i am having access even though I uncheck "show on user list" option. do we have any option to display only selected reports or reports which is checked in "show on user list".

your response is much appreciated.

Thanks

You can hide domain tree. If user group has access to domain user will see all the reports in the domain or you can hide leftside pan. You can customize the top options to hide tree link from the top also.
I am not sure what are you trying to accomplish. If you can write little more details about your problem. I might be able to help more.

Hi,
We use two methods for this.

Method 1 - don't use the domain tree instead create 2 blocks on the page. Make one a list box and select the specific reports you wish the user to be able to run the other block would be an output block

Method 2 - similar but make the first block a folder block eveything that is in that specific folder for the domain and marked show on user list will appear.
