Is there a reason WebFOCUS truncates my class definitions at 23 characters?

For example, I have in my report:
TYPE=TITLE,	ACROSSCOLUMN=N1,	CLASS=TITLE bor-right odd narrow,$

In my HTML I see:
class="TITLE bor-right odd nar"

Clearly the last 3 characters of "narrow" were dropped.

Right now I'm using the obvious workaround to combine those CSS-classes in some new custom classes in my CSS stylesheet, but that's pretty ugly. 23 characters is a strange number to truncate a string at too, it seems rather arbitrary...

Hi Wep5622,

Per our technicals: The The documentation doesn’t mention any limitation and there are no reported problems. So to confirm, you may want to open a case with Customer Support Services for further assistance. The phone number is 1-800-736-6130, or you can access online at InfoResponse.

Cheers,
