In Report Library. All the reports are displayed under some domain or some Categories.
Can i have a link in such a way to display all the reports available in Report Library?

Please tell me as early as possible.

Nope. As you mention Report Library is built upon the MRE foundation, so any reports available are separated into their respective domains which are only available to users of that domain. Anything else would circumvent the security established by MRE.

You could use the API and create your own interface to the Library to accomplish this.

You're probably on your own there. There are many different way to create your own interface using Java or HTML tools, but it's not just simply throwing some code out there like we sometimes do with a fex. They need to be well-designed, developed and tested and integrated with whatever security is in place.

There is a Report Caster API Developer's Reference Manual which describes all the packages available with some samples and subroutines. That's probably what you need to download and go through.
