I would say you're facing permission issues too.

As Leah and PBV repsonded, these are permission related issues. You need to see your dba or whomever controls the schema your are working with. I woul dnot worry about the foc205, that is just a domino effect as possibly could the 236 be. Clean up the Foc054 and move forward from there.
