Hai all I have a local SQL Server 2008 database on my PC. How can I create metadata for this database on my localhost? Can someone help me on this? If you're pointing to your local MS SQL Server database from a WebFOCUS reporting server that's not on your local machine, then localhost cannot be used - try the computer name. In fact, open SQL Server Enterprise Manager and take a look at the name of the server - that's what you should be using - whether the WebFOCUS reporting server is local or not...
