You can have a launch page with three links by inserting a hyperlink from HTML Layout painter and link the procedures as an external procedure to open in new window option
or
If you want the Report links to appear below your existing report you can try as given in below example
DEFINE FILE CAR
CARRPT/A50='Car Report';
MOVRPT/A50='Movies Report';
EMPRPT/A50='Employee Report';
END
TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
CAR
MODEL
BY COUNTRY
ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM OFF
FOOTING
"<CARRPT"
"<MOVRPT"
"<EMPRPT"
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,
GRID=OFF,$
TYPE=FOOTING,
JUSTIFY=LEFT,
LINE=1,
FOCEXEC=car.fex,
TARGET='_blank',$
TYPE=FOOTING,
JUSTIFY=LEFT,
LINE=2,
FOCEXEC=movies.fex,
TARGET='_blank',$
TYPE=FOOTING,
JUSTIFY=LEFT,
LINE=3,
FOCEXEC=employee.fex,
TARGET='_blank',$
ENDSTYLE
END

kodi,
I dont really follow where you are going with this but if you are just trying to hard-code a make shift list of reports you could just build the html tree and hyperlinks that run the reports using HTMLFORM. If your trying to get all this in a single fex you will need to do some unconditional branching (GOTO command).

Do you have any code of what you are doing so far?

Could you please explain what code produced that snippet of screen you posted - radio buttons within a collapsible section (div?)?

One way of achieving this would be to place your single source tree control within a form and then make the value attribute for your tree items equal to the report name that you want executed.

Add javascript to the onsubmit call within the form control to a new function. Within that new function call the report using the standard url for executing a report and direct that url at a new window, iframe etc.
