swati, this is a SQL error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist, nothing to do with WebFOCUS. The metadata is pointing to a table that doesn't exist. Did you check the database to see if it exists or if the tables used in the reports exist?

DEV environment is different from QA environment. Maybe connectors/adapters are defined differently?
Maybe the same master/access file is used in both environments, but it should be a different master/access file?

Problem should be with connection ie access file or the adapter might be missing in QA environment

I have had a very similar issue between out test environments, and it is always related to the privileges on the tables.

Are you accessing a different DB ?
What privileges does the user you are using to access the DB.
