I have just installed the 64 bit version of webfocus 7.6.5 and when i finish doing the setting, i wanted to create a sql dapater and then a connection to sql server 2005 but i am getting the following strange error i have never seen before:

Note: All the information regarding the user and database are correct and the user has full right to the database.

Majid,
As it says, you are probably missing the OLEFOC.DLL file.
Look for it on your disk. Maybe it is there but not in the Windows search path. And maybe it was not installed.

You're being put on the wrong foot by the message that olefoc.dll is missing.
What this message actually means is that olefoc.dll 'or one of its compnents' is missing. Usually the file itself is available and in the path, but some other dll that is called by it, is not. As was the case here.
There is a freeware utility, called 'dependency walker' that you can use to open any dll and see what other software is called by it. I find this a great help in solving problems of this kind.
